LESSON001: Tendon Stretching 拉筋延展 (Trailer)
Welcome to QiXing Tang Lang Shú's first lesson! Here, Huang Laoshi introduces the overall QXTLS curriculum and training content. We begin with Tendon Stretching — what many simply call "warm-ups" — but building and maintaining flexible tendons and muscles is essential groundwork for developing Jin later in your training. In this pilot lesson, Huang Laoshi also introduces the first 4 fists of 八捶 (Bā Chuí) and the first movement of 站樁勢 (Zhàn Zhuāng Shì). Enjoy!

LESSON002: Ba Chúi 八捶 and Zhàn Zhuang Shì 站樁勢
In this lesson, we are completing the remaining 4 Chúi out of the Ba Chúi (“Eight Fist Strikes”). The first four fist strikes taught in Lesson001 were more straight forward and each one was their own singlular striking moves. The remaining four are a bit more complex as they are their own small combos.
Huang Laoshi also introduces the first set of Zhang Zhuang Shì in this lesson as well, enjoy!
