This is the last lesson of the 築基 Foundation Building phase, Huang Laoshi continue with the 4rth Route “Dèng Pu” to get everyone to get used to the body mechanics of Northern Praying Mantis so that it can segway into the next training phase 插捶 Cha Chúi.
